Chris is a highly experienced architect and human resource management expert with a distinguished career ininfrastructure development, estate management, and organizational leadership. A Corporate Member of the Uganda Society of Architects and an Associate Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), UK, Chris has held key leadership roles in regulatory bodies, telecommunications, and academia.
Served as Director of Human Resources and Administration, overseeing infrastructure, procurement, and human capital development, and previously led estate management and architectural functions in major institutions. Additionally, Chris chaired human resource committees for AFRALTI and EARPTO, contributing to regional capacity building in telecommunications and postal services. Chris chaired the District Service Commission for over 8 years, managing public sector human resources to enhance service delivery.
A published researcher on employee motivation and organizational performance with extensive experience in governance, community service, and professional mentorship.
Chris has been a dedicated Rotarian since 1989, has served as District Governor (2007-08) for Rotary International District 9200, leading service initiatives across five countries and is passionate about leadership, sustainability, and impactful service in both professional and social spheres.
Rose is a seasoned and dedicated educationist with over four decades of progressive experience in teacher education, higher learning administration, and institutional leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Education Management. Throughout her career, she has served in various academic and administrative capacities, including Tutor, Senior Lecturer, Dean of Students, and Deputy Registrar in major Ugandan institutions such as Bishop Willis Teacher
Training College, Uganda Technical College, Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo, and Kyambogo University.
Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing education through curriculum development, institutional management, community engagement, and gender equity in science and technology. She has participated in numerous national and international trainings and conferences, contributing to developing modules and strategies to enhance management practices and entrepreneurial education.
In addition to her academic and administrative work, Rose is a proud and active member of Rotary. She has served in various leadership roles, including Club President and as the First Lady of Rotary District 9200 while supporting my spouse, Past District Governor Chris Mutalya. Her Rotary experience has enriched my leadership and service orientation, fostering a life committed to uplifting communities.
Hudson is a highly seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience in the public and private sectors. A registered professional with the Surveyors Registration Board of Uganda, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Economics. His expertise spans construction project planning, cost estimation, procurement management, contract administration, and claims analysis, having managed large-scale civil and building projects worth approximately USD 100 million.
He has played a key role in overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring quality control, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. His work includes project auditing, bid evaluations, financial management, and the preparation of technical specifications and bills of quantities. With extensive knowledge of Uganda’s construction industry, he excels in procurement processes, contract execution, and construction supervision.
Beyond his professional engagements, Hudson is actively involved in Rotary International, upholding leadership, ethical standards, and community service. He is committed to delivering high-quality project documentation, cost control, and problem-solving, making him a valuable asset in construction management and infrastructure development.
Margaret is a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with over 20 years of progressive expertise in patient care, clinical assessment, drug administration, and health education. She possesses a strong background in both paediatric and adult nursing, with a focus on non-communicable diseases, cervical cancer screening, HIV/AIDS care, and nutritional support. Margaret is adept at providing compassionate nursing services while ensuring high standards of patient safety and well-being.
